Every Sunday evening from 6 to 8 there is music in Memorial Park, La Canada. The venue is a delightful setting, come sit on the grass with a blanket and picinic basket, bring your friends and enjoy an evening with cool breezes and good music. Hope to see you there!

This weekend CV is hosting the Falcon Classic. What a great place to be in this heat; if only we were the ones in the pool. But seriously CV is in the lead as of today. If you want to stop on by we’d love to see you at the pool deck. Later I will post the scores of the games.

Last night I was at a charity function with about 200 other realtors, and then again today I was hosting an open house for one of my listings and was talking to about 15 or so other Realtors and… the main subject that kept coming up was buyers.
