There hasn’t been a day that goes by when I hear “if the media would just stop”. This makes me stop and think that it is not just me thinking that. We all know that the economy is down and the Real Estate Industry is hurting but… When ever I take buyers out to look at houses there are multiple offers on most of them already and they are selling quick (if priced right) so what does this tell me? Well there are lots of buyers out there and with money. It is harder to qualify for a loan these days but banks are lending!
