  2. Understanding the foreclosure process

December 12, 2008 by Lynnell Woodward

The above chart is a real simple way to understand the foreclosure process.  I came across this when I was searching how to explain what happens before, during and after a Notice of Default.  If you or someone you know needs help with this process or is experiencing difficulty in paying their current mortgage give me a call and we can explore your options.

  3. Family, Holidays and Stress

December 8, 2008 by Lynnell Woodward

I looked at the calendar today and realized to my dismay that it is December 8th. Oh my where did this year go?  The first task at hand is navigating the family dianamics for both sides; this can be a tricky thing. In years past it has been a source of extreme stress and other years just as smooth as silk so I ponder on this and am trying to figure out why.  I believe a lot of it is my very own attitude towards the Holiday Season and what is happening in my life at the current moment.  This year we decided to have everyone to our house that is both sides of my family and both on my husbands sides, the only problem I am foreseeing is what are we going to do all day.  Sure eating and drinking takes up part of the afternoon but then what?  I am trying to  remember what we did as kids on Christmas Day… I think all the nieghborhood kids would just roam the neighborhood and play with our new toys.

Now that I am an adult and all grown up am I going to run out side and play well I sure hope we will!

  4. What is Eco Friendly anyway?

December 3, 2008 by Lynnell Woodward

Webster’s says Eco is a combining form representing ecology in the formation of compounds (ecosystem; ecotype); also with the more general sense “environment,” “nature,” “natural habitat” (ecocide; ecolaw; ecopolitics.)

What I am learning is Eco friendly is more than a phrase it is a way of life. Sure most of us want a future for the next generation but are we doing all we can?

I have learned a lot about building “green” over the past few months and one thing is that they re use their “junk”.  So I guess this means I have to quit complaining about my husbands junk in the garage and storage area because part of being green is to recycle and reuse what others of us think is JUNK.  This will be my contribution for this week!

Now let’s see what we all can do to this week.
