I was just thinking “wow summer is almost here”. Where has this year gone? I can’t believe that school’s almost out and summer is upon us. What a whirl wind year this has been so far. I don’t know about you but this has been a very interesting year so far, with the market crashes, bank take overs, government bail outs and of course the foreclosures… It’s to keep up with all the craziness going on around us.
On the positve side I can say that rates are at an all time low and the prices of homes are very reasonable. Yes it is true the Real Estate Market is picking up!
