What a crazy world we live in especially anyone in the Real Estate Industry or those looking to buy. We keep hearing how it is a buyers market, tell that to my buyers! Once we find a house in their price range which appears to be everyone’s price range we make an offer and then there are multiple offers even if it is a short sale. It is so frustrating to all of us. So our search expands to other areas not just here in the Foothills and wow it’s crazy like this all over the place! I just keep trying to reassure my clients and myself hang in there this has got to break sooner or later. In the meantime I will keep searching and hopefully get lucky one of these days!
