  1. Easter in the Park

    Hi everyone,

    I want to let you all know of a great community event that for the past 15 years Dilbeck has been sponsoring.  It is EASTER IN THE PARK.  It will be held April 3rd from 10 to 12 at Memorial Park on Foothill and La Canada Blvd. Across the Church of the Lighted Window and See’s candy.  We will be having fun, food, booths for the children an Easter bonnet parade and much much more.   2. Clarification of the Trustee’s Sale Notice

    A Notice of Trustee’s Sale must be sent by registered or certified mail,

    postage prepaid, at least 20 days before the date of sale, to the borrower, all

    other parties to whom the Notice of Default was required to be given,

    plus any state taxing agency that has recorded a notice of tax lien on the

    property.  Actual receipt of the Notice of Trustee’s Sale is not required. As long as

    the notice is properly and timely mailed, the fact that the borrower does NOT actually receive it will not invalidate the impending sale.
